Our commitment to Quality begins long before our presses begin to manufacture your parts. Through our Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) potential quality concerns are identified prior to our initial sample submission.  The cross functional APQP team will implement corrective actions to prevent all identified concerns. Once the manufacture of your parts begins, Statistical Process Control (SPC) is utilized for many part characteristics on the plant floor. SPC is performed real time and used as a tool to control the production process. Every step in the process of producing your part is documented at Central Minnesota Tool for quick access by our own personnel as well as by you, our customer.
