Central Minnesota Tool uses closed loop molding machines ranging from 30 to 150 tons with shot sizes as small as 0.8 ounces.

Our injection molding department is capable of manufacturing products with extremely tight tolerances and dimensional needs. We work with most thermoplastic materials such as ABS, LCP, PBT, polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, nylon, SAN, PET and most engineering grade resins and elastomers. We are also experienced with additives such as glass fiber filled, mineral filled, talc filled, UV stabilizer, flame retardant, FDA approved materials and we can match any color requirements.
