Since our inception in 1986, Central Minnesota Tool has continually grown and evolved to meet expanding needs. Today we are able to bring your initial concept from prototype to production, as well as manage your supply chain distribution. Central Minnesota Tool is a vertically integrated precision manufacturing company with a wide range of skills, which include plastic injection molding, reel-to-reel insert molding and product assembly; as well as designing, prototyping, and manufacturing precision molds, tools and automated assembly cells.

CMT designs and builds tooling for small orders and high volume projects resulting in the creation of millions of parts per year. Our dies can run up to 1,400 SPM on high volume orders, producing up to 250,000 pieces per hour. We have integrated high-speed vision systems on our presses.  The vision systems were internally designed and built with specifications to handle quality requirements for high speed production and data storage.
